We are a dealership that has been in business since 1966, under the current ownership since 1986. Although we entered into our time with BCI with skepticism, we very quickly started to see improvements. The service processes we implemented following our first tune-up visit opened our eyes to an entirely different way to manage our shop, increased shop revenue, cut down turnaround time, and greatly reduced comebacks. Thanks to our second tune-up visit, the work we are doing in our parts department is helping to reduce overhead and increase customer satisfaction. Overall we saw a 32.6% growth in 2017 thanks to Bob and his team!
