Once you’ve booked your on-site visit, we will lock in the dates and schedule a pre-visit call to establish your top priorities for the visit.
When the BCI Advisor arrives, you will find it is a “roll up your sleeves, boots on the ground,” type of event. Time will be invested working with not only you but also others in the dealership. Near the end of the week, you and the BCI Advisor will get on the phone our team back in KC. During that call, we will discuss what the next 30, 60, and 90-day targets should be and how we will continue helping you to achieve them. By the end of 90 days, you should be well on your way to improving your processes and overall efficiency.
